I am a senior citizen and very satisfied with the service. I called sears first before i called airflow and could not get service till next week. The appointment was set between 10-1 and the tech showed up 20 minutes ealier even better. Great customer service called to get service for my refrigerator. The technician that came to my house was very friendly and profecional. He diagnosed the problem in less then 15 minutes and explained to me in details whats need to be done and gave me a very reasonable estimate. When my heater stopped working I got the same day serice after I called to schedule an appointment. The technician showed on time, was able to identify and fix the problem very quickly. He even cleaned up after himself!! I couldn't ask for better service. Would absolutely keep their info for the future and would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

I was treated very nicely and got same day service to repair my refrigerator. The technician called me 30 minutes before to inform me that he is on his way and was very prompt on arrival. When he came in he was able to repair my refrigerator the the same day. I am very satisfied with the service and the estimate was very reasonable. I was gonna buy a new refrigerator but the repairs was much cheaper then getting a new one.
